Buying from a store you have not used before involves a certain amount of trust, and the fair way to earn it is to explain plainly how everything works before you commit to anything. This is that explanation.
Add the items you want to your cart, review the sizes carefully, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked for a delivery address, a contact number and an email address.
Two things are worth doing carefully at this stage, because both are difficult to correct afterwards.
Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Your card and banking details are handled by the gateway and are not stored on our servers.
An order is confirmed only once payment authorisation has been received. If your account is debited but you do not see an order confirmation, do not place the order again. In the great majority of cases the amount is automatically reversed by your bank within five to seven business days. If it has not been reversed after that period, write to us with your transaction reference and we will trace it.
You should receive an order confirmation by email once payment has gone through. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before assuming the order failed.
Once your order is confirmed, it is checked, packed and handed to our courier partner. You will receive a notification when the order is dispatched.
During festive periods, processing takes longer. This is not a fault in the system; it is a consequence of volume, and it affects every retailer in the country. If you are ordering for a specific date, order well ahead of it rather than relying on the fastest published estimate.
We currently ship within India. Delivery is handled by third-party logistics partners, and the timelines shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees.
Delivery times vary by location. Metropolitan areas are generally quickest; remote and serviceable-with-difficulty pin codes take longer. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will be told at checkout rather than after payment.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference. You can follow the parcel through your account on the site, under order history, or on the courier's own tracking page.
A note on how tracking actually behaves: a tracking status can sit unchanged for a day or more while a parcel is in transit between hubs. This is normal and does not indicate that anything has gone wrong. If the status has not moved for several days, write to us and we will chase it with the courier on your behalf.
We strongly recommend recording a video of the unboxing, from the point at which the package is still sealed. This takes thirty seconds and it is the single most useful thing you can do to protect yourself in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing. Without it, damage and shortage claims are considerably harder to resolve, for us as much as for you.
Check the item against your order as soon as it arrives rather than a fortnight later. Return windows are finite, and a problem reported promptly is a problem that can be fixed.
If something is wrong, tell us. The specific eligibility rules, the return window and the categories that cannot be returned are set out in full in our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and that document is the authority rather than this article.
Two general points are worth stating here.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked. Your bank then takes its own time to credit the amount, typically a few business days, and that portion of the timeline is outside our control.
Write to us at support@seoulstreet.in and include your Order ID. That single detail lets us find your order immediately and answer properly on the first reply rather than asking you a series of questions first.
Every message is read by a person. We aim to respond within one business day.
